Throughout, I’ll be there to help you find what works best for you and to support you in overcoming obstacles, especially those that come from inside yourself.
That’s where hypnotherapy comes into the equation, helping you make changes that will last, by placing the messages in your unconscious to stop self-sabotage. With clarity and a plan the whole of your Self can get behind, you can start to feel energised and hopeful about the future.
If you don’t want to get your subconscious involved, you can stick to a purer coaching approach, which can still be effective in clarifying what you want and how best to achieve it. Setting clear goals and following up on them can move you forward in a positive way.
What I offer:
A basic coaching session costs £80/hour. Very few big changes in your life can be fully realised overnight. So, I offer a selection of discounted coaching packages, where you choose from 4, 8, 12, or 24 sessions. All packages are valid for a year. You can have sessions weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or whenever you feel you need support in taking your next step.
